My Philosophy of Care
I am available for comprehensive fertility care, and to women of all ages for the management of gynaecological conditions and preventative women’s health care.
I find it a privilege to support women in understanding their bodies and gynaecological conditions. I will take care to communicate clearly and openly with you, and ensure you are given the time to raise questions, concerns and wishes. I have a strong respect for women’s choice and will provide you with the latest medical information and guidance to assist you in making informed decisions about your own fertility treatment and health. When I am not at work, I am a busy and loving mother to 3 children and 2 fur babies.
Dr Meghan Stafford’s Career
Dr Meghan Stafford is a Fellow of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (FRANZCOG). She graduated from the University of Queensland in 2007 with a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery, and completed two years of general medical/surgical residency at Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital before embarking on her specialty training in Obstetrics and Gynaecology.
Dr Meghan is highly regarded in the medical field. She sits on the MCQ review panel for the University of Queensland and participates in medical student OSCE examinations. She also presents at DRANZCOG training sessions and participates in medical student and RANZCOG trainee education.
